Yes! We don’t charge setup fees, marketing fees, renewal fees, or any fees beyond the monthly $79/unit.

What’s your refund policy?

We do our best to be fair. If you’re unhappy with Castle, you can cancel at any time during your first thirty days for a full refund.

What happens when my property needs maintenance?

Our network of experienced home pros handles repairs large and small. We’ll pass the cost of the repair on to you directly, without taking any service or oversight fee.

How long does it take to find a tenant?

If your property is rent-ready, it generally takes six weeks to find a tenant. And if it takes longer, we’ll waive our fee until a tenant is found.
