We market your property on dozens of the top listing sites, including:
Prospective tenants can apply online, and find out right away if they pass the first part of our screening.
From your Castle account, you can see in real time how many applicants your property is attracting.
Here are just some of the factors we consider when deciding whether a tenant is an appropriate fit for your home:
Tenants must have an income of at least 3x rent.
We won’t rent to a tenant who has an eviction in their past.
We won’t rent to a tenant who’d be breaking their current lease to move.
We require a positive reference from a previous landlord.
We prioritize non-smokers.
We prioritize tenants without pets.
We prioritize tenants with bank accounts.
We don’t charge anything extra to find and place a tenant.
It’s included in our $79 monthly fee. And if the search takes more than six weeks, we’ll waive our fee until a tenant is found.
