Join the Team: Business Intern

This is an opportunity to get an up-close look at what it’s like to grow a fledgling company.

As an intern at Castle, you’ll work side by side with all three founders, helping out with all aspects of the business: sales, marketing, design, operations, finance, product development, and even janitorial work! (Just kidding about that last one.)

You’ll be asked to take on an almost insane variety of tasks, from the awesome (helping craft our marketing materials) to the not so awesome (calling the utility company to get the gas turned on at a property).

Ultimately, it will be the unique skills and passions you bring to the table that will shape the contours of this job. We’re looking for someone who can not just execute on a task list that we provide, but who can bring their own ideas to the table.
