Join the Team: Castle Knight

Your mission will be to do whatever it takes to grow Castle.

This could be content marketing, direct sales, lead gen, online advertising, dressing up as the Castle logo and standing in the middle of the street waving your arms... we have lots of ideas, but we don't know for sure.

Your job will be to experiment: come up with a hypothesis, test it, analyze the results; rinse, wash, and repeat. You’ll work side-by-side with all three founders, and get an up-close look at what it’s like to grow a fledgling company.

You’ll be asked not just to do things, but to figure out what things to do. This is not a job where we’ll give you a task list and ask you to diligently check items off it. Together, we’ll figure out where we want to go. How we get there will be up to you.
