Why haven't I received my transfer for this month's rent yet?

Bank-to-bank transfers take 1-4 business days in the United States. If you haven't received a transfer yet, make sure you're within the expected time period.

Additionally, you may not be receiving a transfer at all. Check the unit's ledger to see if we have initiated a transfer. If you still have a positive balance, or we owe you less than $300, you won't receive a transfer for this month's rent.
