Your contractor account will allow you to:
- Accept/decline jobs for properties under Castle's management
- Upload pictures, quotes, and invoices
- Receive payment through direct deposit
- Access tenant contact information (for occupied homes) and lockbox information (for vacant homes)
A few important points to remember:
- Once you sign up and an account manager assigns you a job, you'll get an email notification to accept or reject it within 24 hours - otherwise it will be automatically unassigned from your queue.
- You will be prompted to fill out an itemized invoice, and if it exceeds $350, we are required to ask for owner authorization.
- Always include pictures and descriptive comments when possible.
