If you've sold your property or no longer require Castle's management services, you can terminate your contract using your Castle portal. Log into your Castle account and locate the list of your properties. Click the red button that reads, "Remove a Property." Follow the prompts to remove the property and submit the feedback form.
Your manager will then be notified via email, and will follow up with you to confirm final details, such as transferring the security deposit, balancing your ledger, and collecting documents for your permanent records.
Castle will default to managing for another 30 days, so if you would like an immediate termination, please specify this in the "other" section in your termination survey.
