How do I reschedule my showing?

Can't make it to your showing? Rescheduling is easy! There are two ways to do it:

By email

  1. Go back to your email and look for the email titled "Confirming your showing RSVP." Click on the hyperlink to let us know that you can't come
  2. On the next screen, click "Yes, cancel the showing" to confirm your cancellation
  3. Go back to your email and look for the email titled "Your showing has been canceled." Click the hyperlinked text "schedule a new showing"
  4. On the next screen, select a showing that works for you or, if you can't make any of the pre-scheduled ones, click "Create A New Showing"

By reapplying

  1. Cancel your previous showing from the email "Confirming your showing RSVP"
  2. Click here and search for the property you're interested in
  3. Fill out all the same information
  4. Schedule your new showing
