To hold a property, Castle requires that you submit deposit payment within 24 hours of lease signing. To move in and get the keys, Castle requires both the security deposit and first month's rent payment.

We offer some alternative options to ensure quick payment.

1. Pay with cash via MoneyGram. Instructions here.

2. Bring a money order or cashiers check for the full amount to our office during business hours. Email [email protected] to confirm the time you will be coming. Our address is 2831 E Grand Blvd, Detroit MI 48211. Note, we do not take cash or regular check in the office.

3. Direct deposit into our Chase bank account. Email us for details!

For all future rent payments, your payment options are online account or MoneyGram! If you don't have a time crunch, use our regular process here.

Remember, you can always visit us during applicant walk-in hours Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm to pay the security deposit and first month's rent.
