I am a new Castle contractor. What do I need to know?

Your contractor account will allow you to:

  • Accept/decline jobs for properties under Castle's management
  • Upload pictures, quotes, and invoices
  • Receive payment through direct deposit
  • Access tenant contact information (for occupied homes) and lockbox information (for vacant homes)

A few important points to remember:

  1. Once you sign up and an account manager assigns you a job, you'll get an email notification to accept or reject it within 24 hours - otherwise it will be automatically unassigned from your queue.
  2. You will be prompted to fill out an itemized invoice, and if it exceeds $350, we are required to ask for owner authorization.
  3. Always include pictures and descriptive comments when possible.
